Active residents at a 55+ community in Raleigh, NC love being outside exercising, walking dogs, and heading to many different neighborhood amenities. That means the crosswalks stay busy, creating a need for greater visibility to keep pedestrians safe. To alert motorists to high traffic areas, Exact Street Impressions outlined the crosswalks, stamped them with a brick running bond pattern, and used a herringbone pattern through the intersections. Thermoplastic striping was used to highlight the crosswalks, further increasing visibility and aesthetic appeal.
